Mohamed Abdeslam was arrested and questioned following the attack and was released Monday. He said Salah prayed and attended a mosque occasionally but dressed in jeans and pullovers and showed no signs of being a radical.

22:01   German police arrest five in hunt for Paris suspects
German police hunting for suspects in the Paris attacks said today they had arrested five people near the Belgian border, but cautioned they had established no links so far to the jihadist violence.

Police special units in the western city of Aachen arrested one man and two women of foreign nationalities in the morning, and two more suspects later in the day, police said.

The suspects "could be connected with the Paris attacks", Aachen police spokesman Werner Schneider told news channel NTV.

He cautioned, however, that "either these indications will be confirmed or they could all go up into thin air". He added that the identities of the first three were yet to be established.

A police statement said: "Following the terrorist attacks last Friday in Paris and the search for the perpetrators and masterminds, Aachen police received a report about suspicious persons in Alsdorf near Aachen."

"In this context, there were three arrests this morning. Two women and a man were overwhelmed by special forces and taken into custody. Investigations are currently ongoing."

21:54   Delhi govt panel recommends suspension of DDCA
In a blow to DDCA, a Delhi government-appointed inquiry panel today recommended its immediate suspension by the BCCI for alleged irregularities including financial bunglings and said an interim committee of professional cricketers should manage affairs of the game in the capital.

The report came amid continuing uncertainty over the venue for the fourth and final cricket Test between India and South Africa with Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) seeking a one-day extension of the deadline set by BCCI for obtaining all clearances by the state association.

The committee said the government should appoint a Commission of Inquiry under the Commission of Enquiries Act to probe affairs of the cricket administrator while mentioning about findings on DDCA's alleged wrongdoings by various probe panels in the recent past including the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).

Observing that the DDCA is directly or indirectly funded by the government and it should be brought under the ambit of the Right to Information Act. It said the office bearers of DDCA are subject to the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

21:52   FTII students seek removal of Pahlaj Nihalani as censor chief
The FTII Students' Association today sought resignation of the censor board chief Pahlaj Nihalani for his "plan" to make a film showing them as "anti-national".

In a statement, FSA said Nihalani had "a plan to make a film showing FTII students and alumni as anti-national".

The students have urged the Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore to seek Nihalani's resignation, as the chief of Central Board of Film Certification is a "responsible government representative".

Further, the students' body also demanded removal of Nihalani from the FTII Society along with its chairman, actor Gajendra Chauhan.

The students recently called off their 139-day long strike against the appointment of Chauhan.

FSA today alleged that even 20 days after it called off the strike, the government has not shown any inclination to reconsider the political appointments to FTII Society, and therefore the students, as stated earlier, would continue with their protest on all available platforms.

20:39   Now, tomato prices hit roof; Govt banking on new crops
After onions and pulses, tomato prices have now hit the roof with the rates rising by 50 per cent in just about a month to Rs 62 a kg in Delhi, even as the government said a moderation was likely soon with new crops.

While the tomato prices have gone up in other parts of the country as well, the food and consumer affairs ministry said in a statement that a high-level meeting has been scheduled tomorrow to review the availability and prices of essential commodities and consider measures to be taken.

Tomato prices have increased to Rs 62 per kg in Delhi from Rs 41 per kg a month ago.

Average prices of tomatoes across major cities have risen to Rs 50/kg from Rs 30 a month ago.

"Marginal increase in the prices of onions in the past week and in the prices of tomatoes is largely on account of disruption of supplies from southern states which have witnessed severe, unprecedented rainfall over the last one week.

"These increases are expected to be temporary and normal supplies should resume soon. The arrivals of the new crops of tomatoes are expected to ease prices", an official statement said.

20:20   I am HIV positive: Charlie Sheen
"Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen has revealed that he is HIV positive.

The 50-year-old actor said he was diagnosed with the HIV virus that causes AIDS roughly four years ago. "I am here to admit that I am in fact HIV positive," Sheen said in interview with NBC's Today show.

"It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life," said the actor, who has had a troubled history with drug addiction, pornography and prostitutes. The actor said he decided to come out clean about his diagnosis to put a stop "to this barrage of attacks and sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about me that threaten the health of so many others."

Once the highest paid TV actor, Sheen was fired from "Two and a Half" men in 2011 following an epic meltdown where he called the show's producer "a contaminated little maggot".

On the show, Sheen played a womanising jingle writer, who moves in with his brother and nephew, a storyline that was somewhat similar to the actor's real life as he became a tabloid darling with his wild antics. Sheen has two children each with former wives, Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.

20:17   Aiyar, Khurshid behaving like ISI, IS 'propagandists': BJP
BJP today accused Congress leaders Mani Shankar Aiyar and Salman Khurshid of behaving like ISI, IS or Taliban "propagandists" and asked the party to come clean on whether it subscribed to their views.

Hitting out at them for their controversial comments, BJP said that they are trying to gain lost ground by visiting ISI headquarters which is an "insult to India and its nationalist Muslims".

"While the world is getting together against terrorism and the prime minister's words to fight against terrorism has been accepted the world over and it is in this context the G-20 Summit has happened. "139 people have been killed in Paris in an open assault to civilisation and it seems that these people are behaving and conducting themselves as propagandists for ISI and IS or Taliban," BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi told a press conference.

"BJP strongly condemns such anti-national acts of the Congress party and seeks an explanation from their leadership about these critical issues," she said. She added that even when the world is condemning terrorism "they have no shame in standing by the wrong forces".

Lekhi said those who have lost elections are trying to gain lost ground by visiting the ISI headquarters. "That is an insult to the nationalist Muslims of this country and that is an insult to their nationality, which is India and Indians."

"When it comes to condemnation, at least Azam Khan's statement was condemned by the SP and they dissociated themselves completely from him. Whereas Congress party has chosen not to do so in this context," the BJP leader said.

19:29   'Indian-origin Maoist sect leader forced woman into sex acts'
A 75-year-old Indian-origin Maoist revolutionary leader in the UK, charged with modern day slavery, sexual assault and imprisonment of his own daughter, forced a woman to commit humiliating sex acts on him, a court here has been told.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the court that over several years after she had joined the commune in 1976 Aravindan Balakrishnan hit her and told her he could easily kill her using a pressure point on her throat.

She said that by 1980, when he allegedly forced her into sex acts, she had lost her ability to resist. The jury heard that other women in the commune were also forced to have sex with him, and were given one hour slots in which to see him, The Guardian reported.

Balakrishnan, a charismatic and energetic speaker, was the organiser of a communist group in the 1970s based in Brixton, known as the Workers Institute.

The woman said she had been frightened of Balakrishnan, and that over several years of being harangued and beaten for saying or doing things that he said indicated bourgeois tendencies or the infiltration of "fascist agents" into her thinking, he had achieved "a sense of absolute power and control" over her body and mind.

18:46   Pakistan likely to call off series against India
Just in: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is likely to call off the India-Pakistan series in December. The PCB is believed to be miffed at the BCCI's refusal to play the series in the UAE. The BCCI has said the series can only be played in India.

Pakistan said yesterday that it will not tour India to play their 'home' bilateral series with PCB chairman Shahryar Khan saying that a third 'home' series in India was out of the question.

Khan claimed last week that the BCCI in India had invited Pakistan to play a series in India in December. According to a Memorandum of Understanding signed by the BCCI and PCB in 2014, this is Pakistan's turn to play host. For security reasons, Pakistan play their home matches in the UAE.

The ball now rests in Pak PM Nawaz Sharif's court as the series can only take place if he overrules the PCB.

18:36   Cameron to ask Parliament to OK military intervention in Syria
British PM David Cameron has said he will personally "build the case" for military intervention in Syria, reports the Telegraph.

The PM has said it was his "firm conviction" that Britain needed to tackle ISIS in the country. He had earlier rowed back on plans to ask MPs to vote on military action, fearing that he would not command enough support.

But today he signalled in the strongest possible way that he will go for a Parliament vote.

"I've always said there is a strong case for us doing so. We should not let others carry the burden and the risks of protecting our country," Cameron said.

He said he "recognises the concerns" of MPs but added, "My firm conviction is that we need to act against ISIS in Syria. Together we will prevail."

18:22   Era of intolerance, says HC on women being disallowed in dargah
The Bombay High Court, hearing a plea against the ban on women in Haji Ali dargah said that this was an era of intolerance.

The court said it will not decide on religious matters like the ban on entry of women in the sanctum sanctorum of the iconic Haji Ali Dargah in Mumbai.

A division bench of Justices VM Kanade and Revati Mohite Dere was hearing a petition challenging the rule imposed by the Haji Ali Dargah trust which bars entry of women in the 'sanctum sanctorum' of the Dargah which houses the tomb of the 15th century Sufi saint Haji Ali.

"Today the atmosphere is such that everything is taken in another way. This is an era of intolerance. When it comes to religious matters people become very sensitive," Justice Kanade said.

The court urged the parties involved to try resolving the issue outside of court.

16:10   How France's Hollande transformed to 'chief of war'
Franois Hollande's historic Versailles speech -- in which he hammered home that France was "at war' and promised to "eradicate terrorism' -- was the most martial performance he has ever given. It marked the completion of an intriguing transformation that has taken place over several years: of the socialist who was once derided as a soft, conflict-avoidant, blancmange-like "marshmallow' into a self-styled "chief of war'.

15:56   Bobby Jindal issues executive order to block Syrian refugees to Louisiana
And so it begins.

Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal (who is also running for the US presidential elections in 2016) has issued an executive order on Monday to prevent Syrian refugees from being resettled in the state.  @BobbyJindal tweeted: I just signed an Executive Order instructing state agencies to take all available steps to stop the relocation of Syrian refugees to LA."

He cited Friday's terrorist attacks that killed 129 people in Paris and injured hundreds more. Jindal, who is running as a right-wing candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, cited a section of the Louisiana Constitution that says "during times of emergency ... the governor has emergency powers to protect the citizens and property of the state of Louisiana."

He also sent a letter Saturday to demand information from the Obama administration about Syrian refugees being placed in Louisiana. The Islamic State group, which controls parts of Syria and Iraq, has claimed responsibility for the Paris attacks.

15:50   Jihad by family: Why are terrorist cells often made up of brothers?
Militants often call each other "brother', and refer collectively to the "brothers' in Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq or France. Why?

Partly this is to indicate solidarity, attachment to a common cause, a sense of shared identity and endeavour.

Partly it's because that's how young men speak, all over the world, but particularly in the kind of environments from which many contemporary militants come. But it is also because, remarkably often, the term is entirely accurate. Those speaking of being "brothers' are indeed blood relatives, children of the same parents, who often grew up together. Read more

15:45   Nagaland newspapers published with blank editorial space
Five newspapers in Nagaland were published with their editorial spaces blank to protest what they termed an effort by the Assam Rifles to suppress freedom of the media in the state.

The Nagaland Press Association (NPA), a conglomerate of journalists and non-journalists, also extended support to the editors in their protest against the para-military force.

English dailies Morung Express, Eastern Mirror and Nagaland Page and vernacular papers Capi Daily (in Angami dialect) and Tir Yimyim (in Ao dialect) were published with their editorial spaces blank yesterday as a mark of protest.

The Nagaland Post, meanwhile, carried an editorial opposing the Assam Rifles' diktat. They were protesting against a letter purportedly sent by the Assam Rifles to the editors of all local dailies on October 24.

The letter allegedly warned newspapers against carrying statements made by militant groups, specifically the NSCN(K), reminding them that the outfit had been declared an "unlawful association" by the Union Home Ministry.

"Any article which projects the demands of NSCN(K) and gives it publicity is a violation under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1957, and should not be published by your newspaper," the letter had said. The NSCN(K) had abrogated the 14-year-old ceasefire with the Centre in April. Meanwhile, Nagaland Press Association president K Temjen

14:46   Paris attacks survivor so traumatised she can't speak
A woman who survived the attack on La Belle Equipe restaurant in Paris on Friday because a friend jumped in front of her to intercept the bullets is so traumatised by the experience that she can hardly speak.

The Telegraph reports that Chloe Clement was at the restaurant on Rue de Charonne to celebrate a friends birthday when the gunmen burst in, killing 11 members of the party and shooting her in the arm.

One of them was Ludo Boumbas, a 40-year-old Fedex carrier of Congolese origin, who used himself as a human shield to protect her and was fatally shot.

Now recovering in hospital, Ms Clement is so affected by the attack that she simply lies in bed repeating Mr Boumbass name. Virgile Grunberg, the manager of Caf des Anges, where many people from the birthday celebration worked, went to visit Ms Clement in hospital and said she was deeply disturbed by the events of Friday night.

"She was on morphine and was in shock. She would barely speak.
"She felt guilty because Ludovic died for her. She just kept repeating his name again and again."

An unnamed friend told MailOnline: "Ludo threw himself forward to protect a girl and took the bullet. "She was also shot, but she survived and is in hospital. He loved travelling the world and above all he loved people. He was just one of life's good, good people. He didn't stand a chance."

Mr Boumbas and Ms Clement were at La Belle Equipe on Friday night to celebrate the 35th birthday of waitress Houda Saadi when the gunmen arrived and started spraying the cafe with bullets.

Ms Saadi, 35, and her sister Halima, 36, were among the 19 killed.
Ms Saadis brothers, Khaled and Bashir, also attended the celebration but were not hit. They rushed in vain to try to save their sisters as they lay in pools of blood on the floor.

These people kill Muslims, Khaled told reporters last night. "They killed anyone who was there." The majority of the victims at the caf were from the birthday celebrations.

Also among the victims was the Muslim wife of the Jewish bar owner, Grgory Reibenberg, 46. Djamila, 40, died in front of him.

14:04   'The entire British museum is an active crime scene'
Despite the nods to India's great historical connections to the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to London barely covered any colonial territory.

British comedian John Oliver has decided to step into that breach, by dedicating a segment of his show, Last Week Tonight, to the Modi visit.

Referring to Modi's quip that he had been told London would be cold but "not this much", Oliver said "it follows in the grand tradition of the UK underselling the severity of the conditions an Indian leader would be suffering under."

Oliver focused on the sub-text of Modi's visit that never quite became text, except for on twitter and in legal petitions calling for Britain to return that which truly belongs to India: the Koh-i-Noor.

Calling the British Monarch's crown "an elegant head sofa" where the diamond now sits, Oliver rips into Britain's veiled refusals to give the diamond back.

"What he's basically saying is, I understand that you want the diamond, but we have the diamond, you don't, and we're going to keep having it forever, so in summary: finders keepers," Oliver said.

13:38   China's two-child policy evokes poor response from couples
China's new two-child policy has evoked a poor response from young couples as they are reluctant to have a second child due to the high cost of living, an official survey has found.

The survey, conducted by state-run China Youth Daily among 3,000 people, more than half of them women, found that although 46 per cent of the respondents expressed a willingness to have a second child, 52 per cent said they are worried that having one more child would reduce the standard of living they now enjoy.

The unenthusiastic response from public after vigorous implementation of the controversial one child policy is regarded as set back for China's plans to arrest its demographic crisis and create a big pool of labour force in the next few decades. People are vocal in expressing reluctance to have a second child and the policy has also evoked poor response.

12:53   Why Belgium is at the heart of a destructive wave of terror in Europe
As a modest, if prosperous nation of just 11 million, Belgium rarely makes news headlines, yet today it has the unenviable distinction of being Europe's jihadist hothouse.

After the Paris attacks, police quickly traced the terrorists to Brussels, raiding addresses in the Molenbeek district and arresting seven suspects. It was in the grimy, run-down, neighbourhood that investigators believe the Paris plot was hatched by Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the Belgian-born son of an immigrant shopkeeper from Morocco.

Abaaoud is only part of a web of Belgium-based foot soldiers, whose exploits have left a trail of death across Europe. And beyond: around 500 young Belgians have gone to Syria to fight for jihadist groups like ISIS '" per capita, no other European country has sent more foreign fighters.

12:20   Pregnant woman clinging to window at Bataclan is safe thanks to hero stranger
If you were watching the night of terror in Paris on Friday the 13th, you could not have failed to miss the image of a woman screaming for help as she clings to a ledge. Desperate, young and pregnant. A fall would have endangered her life and the life of her unborn child.

The good news is that the woman and her baby are alive and well. Thanks to the help of a stranger.

The iconic image of the woman screaming, "Help, help, I'm pregnant, catch me if I fall," stood out in the blurry video footage, showing her clinging to the a 1st floor window of the Bataclan venue.

Inside, gunmen were cold-bloodedly shooting dead 89 of her fellow concert goers.

The woman sent a message of thanks to her rescuer as he described how they had both cheated death.

The Telegraph reports that the woman was just moments from losing her grip when Sebastien, who declined to disclose his surname, heard her cries.

There were two windows in front of me, he said. She was dangling from one of them, begging people below for help if she jumped. It was chaos down there as well. I climbed out through the other window and held on to an air vent 15 metres from the ground. I held on for five minutes and then the pregnant woman, who couldnt cling to the window-sill any longer, asked me to help her get back inside.

Amid a torrent of gunfire, Sbastien went back inside and pulled the woman back through the window before the pair were immediately separated.

The Maharashtra government has finally thought fit to use its coastline for transportation.

The state government is considering upgrading facilities at the existing jetties at Mandwa, Nerul and Ferry Wharf. A meeting of Infrastructure Sub-committee will be held on November 23 in this regard and will be chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

There are major three issues on the agenda of the meeting -- strengthening existing jetties, Mumbai-Nagpur super communication highway and Mumbai-Trans Harbour Link.

11:12   Azam Khan supports terrorism, says Sakshi Maharaj
As the debate over alleged growing intolerance continues, Bharatiya Janata Party MP Sakshi Maharaj on Tuesday said that no other country in the world is as tolerant as India. When asked to comment on Uttar Pradesh Minister Azam Khan's statement on Paris terror attacks, the controversial BJP MP said, ''the Samajwadi Party leader's remarks, whether it is on Tipu Sultan or France attacks, it only gives an impression that he is supporting terrorists."

Sakshi Maharaj's reactions came a day after Khan stoked a controversy by saying the global superpowers should think whether it was a reaction to the killing of innocents in Arab countries.

"Whatever the terrorists did in Paris was wrong. But, attack on Arab countries and killing of innocents there by US and Russia is also not justified," Khan had said.

"We need to look who killed whom first, after that who retaliated. This is a debatable issue. You strike bombs through drones to kill the innocents... History will decide who is a terrorist and who is wrong."

Reacting sharply to Khan's remarks, BJP demanded action against him and dared the Samajwadi Party leadership to make public its stand, saying it would otherwise be construed that it supports terrorism.

11:04   IS financed by 40 countries, including G-20 nations, claims Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed that the Islamic State (IS) terror group, which carried out attacks in Paris that killed 132, is being financed by 40 countries around the globe, including some G-20 nations.

RT.com, the online arm of the state-run Russia Today and regarded as a mouthpiece of the Kremlin, quoted Putin as saying that, "I provided examples based on our data on the financing of different Islamic State units by private individuals. This money, as we have established, comes from 40 countries and, there are some of the G20 members among them."

10:57   So, where does ISIS get its money?
ISIS derives most of its funds from activities inside the territories it now controls, said Daveed Gartenstein-Ross, a senior fellow with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. That's different from, say, Al Qaeda, which has historically relied on donations from outside sources.

"When they control a territory that's approximately the size of Great Britain, that creates a great deal of ability to get internal sources of revenue, ranging from natural resources, to antiquities they control, to taxation on their population," he said.

10:51   No respite, no truce, Hollande vows to destroy ISIS
French President Francois Hollande has vowed to destroy the Islamic State group after its atrocities in Paris, promising tough new anti-terror measures at home and intensified bombing of Syria.

France and Belgium staged dozens of raids yesterday on suspected extremists as the manhunt continued for an eighth jihadist, including in a known radical hot spot in Brussels where some of the attackers are thought to have lived. Describing the coordinated attacks that killed 129 people as "acts of war," Hollande urged a global fightback to crush IS and said he would hold talks with his US and Russian counterparts on a new offensive.

Friday's "acts of war... were decided and planned in Syria, prepared and organised in Belgium (and) perpetrated on our soil with French complicity," Hollande told an extraordinary meeting of both houses of parliament in Versailles.

"The need to destroy Daesh (IS) ... concerns the entire international community," he told lawmakers, who burst into an emotional rendition of the Marseillaise national anthem after his speech.

Hollande said the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle would be deployed to the eastern Mediterranean to "triple our capacity to take action" against IS in Syria. "We will continue the strikes in the weeks to come ... There will be no respite and no truce," he said.

10:49   Obama heads for Asia with eyes on Middle East
President Barack Obama landed in Southeast Asia today for string of summits with Asian leaders, a visit he had hoped would highlight progress in his seven-year charm offensive in the region but was instead overshadowed by the fight against Islamic terrorism in the Middle East. The terrorist attacks in Paris and talk of reprisals against the Islamic State threatened to cloud Obama's good-news tour to the Philippines and Malaysia this week.

While Obama was ready to talk up his freshly inked trade deal and military cooperation in Asia, the rest of the world was looking for leadership on the Islamic State's relentless terror spree. It was hardly the first time the Middle East has kept Obama from making the pivot his administration once imagined would be central to his foreign policy legacy.

09:12   Obama defends US military strategy against Islamic State
US President Barack Obama has defended his administration's strategy against the so-called Islamic State, rebuffing calls to send ground troops to Syria.

"We are going to continue the strategy that has the best chance of working," he told reporters in Turkey.

However, he said the US would intensify its efforts against the militants. At times sounding frustrated, Obama pushed back against those who say the US is not doing enough to stop IS. "This is not a traditional military opponent. We can retake territory and as long as we keep our troops there we can hold it. But that does not solve the underlying problem of eliminating the dynamics that are producing these kinds of violent, extremist groups," Obama said

01:44   Charlie Sheen is HIV-positive: report
Charlie Sheen is going on the Today show to discuss being HIV-positive, sources told the people magazine.

According to top Hollywood publicist and crisis manager Howard Bragman, he was approached by people close to Sheen six months ago to deal with the crisis, but never dealt with him directly.

"The interview could open up a lot of sympathy for him, but he has to be concerned about a fear of litigation from former sexual partners. You don't take that lightly."

Bragman says he was informed that Sheen "is getting treatment, and a lot of people in his life know about it."

"It's been going on for quite awhile. He's not necessarily comfortable talking about it. It was very hard to get up the courage for him to talk about it."

01:43   After Paris, Americans want US to do more to attack Islamic State
A majority of Americans want the United States to intensify its assault on the Islamic State following the Paris attacks, but most remain opposed to sending troops to Iraq or Syria, where the militant group is based, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found.

That view runs counter to comments by some 2016 Republican presidential candidates like former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, who called on Monday for more US "troops on the ground" in the region. Americans, weary after years of prolonged conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan, appear reluctant to become embroiled in another war even as they push for more action.

The poll -- conducted over the weekend after the suicide bomb and shootings in Paris -- found that 63 percent of Americans were fearful that a Paris-style attack could happen near them, suggesting that national security could emerge as a dominant theme in the 2016 race for the White House.

Americans are more fearful now than they were in the immediate aftermath of the bombing of the Boston Marathon in 2013, even though the latter took place on US soil, the poll showed.

In Friday's attacks, gunmen struck a concert hall, bars, restaurants and a soccer stadium, killing about 130 people.

01:42   Governor backlash: Obama's plan to resettle Syrian refugees scrambled
The Paris terror attacks may have put a clamp on US President Barack Obama's plans to resettle 10,000 Syrian refugees over the next year, as the number of governors saying they won't take them swells.

At the same time, top congressional lawmakers are urging the administration to halt the plan. House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael McCaul called on Obama to "temporarily suspend the admission of all additional Syrian refugees" pending a "full review," according to a letter obtained by Fox News.

The resistance at the state level is coalescing at a rapid clip. So far, governors in at least 11 states have moved to suspend or restrict the refugee resettlement, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio and Texas.
