CPS is ideal for companies needing integrated network access for geographically divers users in a multi-protocol environment.

The service will be provided using Sri Lanka Telecom's network to connect to the international concert network which links 1,300 cities in 110 countries worldwide.

BT has established a node in Sri Lanka, forming a part of its global network. Concert's network operates off a single backbone, instead of patchwork of network, and uses leading edge technology to help ensure fastest response time for managed data.

Established in June 1994, Concert is the leading provider of advanced communications services worldwide, offered in partnership with over 47 distributors, the Concert network stretches over six continents and serves over 4,700 multinational customers accounting for revenues under contract of $3 billion.

Concert's customers include 40 per cent of the Fortune 'global' 500 companies.
