Wipro Infotech gets ISO 9002 for facilities management

The Indian Register Quality Systems have certified Wipro customer services for quality management system where the audit included the company's offices as well as customer sites where FM service are being rendered.

Wipro pioneered facilities management services in India in 1995 with the branding Wipro ManageIT.

Leading corporations across the country such as ICICI, the Delhi Stock Exchange and General Electric Group of companies subscribe to Wipro ManageIT.

Wipro's FM services include Help Desk, Desktop Services, Asset Management, Network Management, Data Center Services, Mail Services and Disaster Recovery Services.

Through Facilities Management, Wipro integrates the planning operations and day to day management of IT resources into the business needs of the client at the client's workplace.
