Three officers, who are part of the CBI's investigating team probing the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, independently said that they haven't gathered any evidence that suggest the actor was murdered.

The investigation, however, is still on, and the CBI team is probing to see if a case of abetment to suicide can be made.

The next key element in the probe is going to be the report submitted by the AIIMS forensics team which will weigh in on the post-mortem and autopsy reports of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Rhea Chakraborty has not been called by the CBI today. The actress was questioned for more than 8 hours on Monday.

Sources say that Rhea might be questioned jointly with Sushant's sisters Meetu and Priyanka Singh.

On Monday, the CBI questioned Meetu Singh, who lived with Sushant from June 8 to June 13. Rhea was accompanied by her brother, Showik Chakraborty, who was also questioned by the CBI for the fifth day on August 31.
