During the two-day India trip, US First Lady Melania Trump is expected to visit Delhi government schools and see how the Kejriwal government has implemented "happiness classes" in public education.

Melania Trump's visit is scheduled for February 25 a day after they land in India.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia will be present to greet Melania Trump during her school visit, reports say.

This is the first time that the US First Lady will be visiting schools of the Delhi government and preparations are in full swing ahead of the high-profile visit.

A "happiness class" is held to help students co-exist with each other in a harmonious way. Melania is expected to spend around an hour at the state government school.

While Melania is on her school visit, US President Donald Trump will be meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Trumps land in Delhi on February 24, following which they will travel to Gujarat along with PM Modi for the inauguration of the Motera Stadium, touted to be the world's largest cricket stadium.

From Ahmedabad, the Trumps will travel to Agra before heading to New Delhi on February 24th itself.

The following day, Trump and the First Lady will be accorded a ceremonial welcome at the forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

From there, they will go to Rajghat to pay homage at the 'samadhi' of Mahatma Gandhi. It would be followed by restricted and delegation-level talks between Trump and Modi at Hyderabad House.
