Evacuation completed: Kerala CM on AI tragedy

Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan has informed that the evacuation from the debris of Air India crashed flight has been completed.

"Malappuram collector has informed that the rescue operations at the site have been completed. Air India flight AXB1344 (@DXB to CCJ) had 190 passengers. They all have been transferred to hospitals in Malappuram and Kozhikode," the CM said.

Meanwhile, Kozhikode authorities have requested kins of the victims to not to rush to hospitals as these are Covid times. 

The authorities will be issuing a list and families are urged to go to only the relevant hospital.
