Indian Navy launches submarine INS Karanj

Indian Navy today launched its third Scorpene class submarine, INS Karanj, at the Mazagon Dock Ltd, Mumbai.

INS Karanj was commissioned last year and is the third of the six Scorpene class submarines being built at the MDL under the Navy's Project 75.
