BJP blames UPA for PNB scam

Hitting back at the Congress over the Punjab National Bank fraud, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today said that the scam happened during the United Progressive Alliance government.

She also accused the opposition party of spreading lies.

"Nirav Modi may have been able to run away from the country but the government is taking action against him," she said.

Sitharaman also said that the BJP government is not conspiring to help scamsters flee the country but instead is catching them.
