A court in Tamil Nadu has revoked the bail granted to Rahul Easwar, president of Ayyappa Dharma Sena. The court has ordered the police to arrest him.

Rahul, who was arrested for protesting at Pamba on October 17 when the Sabarimala temple opened for the first time after the Supreme Court allowed women of all age groups to enter the shrine, was later granted bail.

As per the bail conditions, Rahul had to report at the police station every Saturday. However, he did not appear on December 8.

He was asked to report at Pamba police station. However, after he was stopped at Nilakkal by the cops, he began to report at Pathanamthitta police station. But he failed to turn up at any of the police stations last Saturday.

Rahul was also arrested on October 28 for his alleged provocative statement related to the entry of women into Sabarimala, but was released on bail by a court.
