Major fire destroys Rohingya refugees camp in New Delhi

A major fire broke out at the Rohingya camp near New Delhi's Okhla in the early hours of Sunday morning, destroying everything they possessed including clothes and documents.

Around 226 Rohingya refugees lived here.

Already persecuted in their country of origin, Myanmar, Rohingyas had found shelter in New Delhi among other places in India.
