Enough is enough: UK PM Theresa May on London attack

United Kingdom Prime Minister Theresa May has said it is time to say "enough is enough" when it comes to tackling terrorism after another terror attack rocked London in which seven people lost their lives.

"We cannot and must not pretend that things can continue as they are," she said.

"Our country needs to come together to take on extremism and terrorism. It is time to say enough is enough," May said.

She said the general election will go ahead as planned on Thursday, May 8.

The PM calls for tougher controls on cyberspace to prevent use by extremists.

"Recent attacks bound together by evil ideology that says Western values incompatible with Islam," she said.

"There is far too much tolerance of extremism in our country," she added.
