Bihar govt to move SC against road rage accused Rocky Yadav's bail

The Bihar government today decided to move the Supreme Court to contest the bail granted to Rocky Yadav, son of suspended JD-U MLC Manorama Devi and accused of killing teenager Aditya Sachdeva.

Rocky allegedly shot dead Aditya, a Class 12 student, on May 7 after the boy overtook his vehicle in Gaya.

"The Bihar government will file a petition in the Supreme Court to challenge Rocky Yadav's bail," Additional Advocate General Lalit Kishore said in Patna.

Rocky was granted bail by the Patna high court on Wednesday.
