PM to chair review meet over demonetisation process tonight

Prime Minister Narendra Modi to review the demonetisation process at 9 pm, today.

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Reserve Bank of India deputy governor will also attend the meet.

Earlier in the day, Jaitley and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had taken stock of the situation across country post demonetisation.

Director of the Intelligence Bureau, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Research and Analysis Wing Chief and other senior security officials were also present in the meet.

Meanwhile, leaders of the Congress, Trinamool Congress and Left parties will meet tomorrow at 4 pm to discuss the demonetisation issue. ANI
