Sarbananda Sonowal sworn in as Assam CM as PM watches

The Prime Minister has arrived for the oath taking ceremony of the new Assam council of ministers. BJP president Amit Shah and several union ministers are in Assam for the oath ceremony of Sarbananda Sonowal. The ceremony is especially important to the BJP since it is the first BJP government in the North East.
