Will Jairam get a second term in RS?

Congress MP Jairam Ramesh has three more weeks in the Rajya Sabha. His terms ends in the first week of June and the former environment minister has been extremely vocal in Parliament and verbose out outside it. He has been writing columns and raising his voice in the Upper House every day and even taken on Dr Subramananian Swamy. This, say his detractors, is just so that he attracts the Congress high command's attention and gets re-nominated. Will he get it from Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka is a million dollar question.
