Trump picks Indiana Governor Pence as his running mate

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has chosen conservative Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his running mate, with the formal announcement expected as early as tomorrow.

Trump was initially scheduled to make the announcement in New York today, but postponed it in the wake of the terror attack in the French city of Nice that killed 84 people and injured over 100.

However, Trump posted the announcement on his Twitter handle on Tuesday, while also announcing a press conference on Saturday.
