GST in Lok Sabha on Tuesday

The GST Bill, passed in the Rajya Sabha, will be introduced in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. The BJP and the Congress have issued whips on attendance.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday left the Rajya Sabha in a huff because he is said to be upset with a few Union Mniisters whose performance has not been up to the mark. The PM sat through the proceedings while two union ministers completed their questions and answers.

When the Congress benches created a flutter by putting supplementaries, the treasury bench could not cope up with the din. The Prime Minister suddenly got up and went to the Lok Sabha.
