SC to hear suggestions on 'improving' collegium system today

The Supreme court on Tuesday will hear the suggestions from different stakeholders and most likely the government to improve the collegium system.

The apex court after its 16th October judgment striking down of National Judicial Appointments Commission, NJAC Act, had sought suggestions to improve the present collegium system of appointing judges to the Supreme Court and high courts.
