Man arrested for throwing shoe at Bihar CM

A man was arrested for throwing a shoe at the Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi during his weekly janata durbar on Monday in Patna. Patna Senior Superintendent of Police Jitendra Rana said that an youth was arrested for creating trouble at the durbar of the chief minister.

The man was identified as Amritosh Kumar, a resident of Chhapra district. The man told the police that he was fed up and angry as his grievances were not heard despite visiting the durbar several times.
