Attempt to murder charge against man who slapped Mamata's nephew

An attempt to murder charge has been filed against the man who slapped West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's nephew. The unidentified man got on the dais during Abhishek Banerjee's address and lunged forward to slap him. TMC leader Derek O'Brien, said that it could be the handiwork of an outsider and that they are still looking into it. "Someone wanted to come on stage to click a photo with him, may be he was slapped on that pretext," he said.
