Thieves open fire at PCR van in Delhi, 1 held

Thieves opened fire at a PCR van after being chased by the police at Kodia pul in Delhi late last night. One person has been arrested.

"We saw them loading stolen articles in their car when we were on patrol; they tried to flee when asked to stop," said Amar Singh, head constable.

"They opened fire at us as we hit their car while chasing them.We held one in Seelampur, but three managed to flee," he said.
