Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's resignation for the "fraudulent" raid on his office that he got carried out just to save Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

"If the raid was for my Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar, what was the need to come to my office," the Delhi chief minister sought to know from Prime Minister Modi and the Central Bureau of Investigation.

While addressing the Delhi assembly, Kejriwal said, " Rajendra Kumar was being interrogated by the CBI for hours for the past six days. I want to ask the Prime Minister what did he discover? Nothing."
