Obama congratulates Brazil's Rousseff on re-election

US President Barack Obama pledged to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the US and Brazil as he congratulated his Brazilian counterpart Dilma Rousseff on her re-election.  "Brazil is an important partner for the United States and we are committed to continuing to work with President Rousseff to strengthen our bilateral relationship," White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said. Rousseff was elected for the second term with a narrow 51.6 per cent vote.
