Pakistani troops again violate ceasefire

In yet another border betrayal, Pakistani troops again violated the ceasefire at the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday evening. Fresh incident of heavy firing took place at Bhimber Gali and Krishna Ghati area of Poonch around 5.40 pm. In the morning, five civilians were killed and 34 injured in shelling from the Pakistani side of the India-Pakistan border in Jammu district. Today's major ceasefire violations by Pakistani rangers came on a day when Muslims in both India and Pakistan are celebrating the holy Eid-ul-Azha festival.
