Just in: Cabinet recommends dissolution of the Delhi assembly. In effect the meeting of the Delhi cabinet at 7RCR, presided over by the PM, has ratified Lt governor Najeeb Jung's report to the President that all parties want polls in Delhi. President Pranab Mukherjee gave his OK for the dissolution of the Delhi assembly earlier in the day.
