Cabinet to meet at 1 pm to decide on fresh election in Delhi

With Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung sending a report to the President confirming that all key parties have "expressed their inability to form the government" in Delhi, the capital is headed for fresh polls.

The Union Cabinet is likely to meet at 1 pm to take a call on dissolution the assembly in Delhi.

The capital has been under President's Rule since February this year, when Arvind Kejriwal resigned as chief minister.
