Right now, BJP former president Nitin Gadkari and senior leader Uma Bharti are at LK Advani's residence in Delhi. Almost every senior leader has met Advani since he submitted his resignation yesterday.

Senior party leader Sushma Swaraj has said that there is no crisis and the party will move forward with the blessings of Advani.Sushma Swaraj, who is the leader of opposition in Lok Sabha, tweeted late on Monday night that that party was united.

Sushma Swaraj had earlier in the evening taken part in a meeting of the BJP parliamentary board at party president Rajnath Singh's residence here, where the board rejected Advani's resignation.

Advani has resigned from the posts in BJP election committee, and parliamentary board and the party's national executive, a day after the party appointed Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi as chief of BJP's campaign committee for 2014 elections.
