Molestation victim to sue Sid Mallya for defamation

The US national says she will sue Sidhartha Mallya for defamation. Mallya tells CNN IBN that the "lady was drunk, and behaving strangely. I'ms shocked that such an allegation (against Luke Pomersbach) has been made. IPL is a victim of an image crisis. IPL players are adult and professionals.

Mallya tweeted earlier saying: The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her 'fiance'...what a load of f***ing shit. She was all over me asked for me bbm pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn't exactly behaving like a future wife.
