Sumatra hit by double quakes

Two moderate-intensity earthquakes hit Indoesia's Sumatra this morning, the tremors of which were also felt in several Malaysian states, the
Malaysian Meteorological Department. 

The first 5.5-magnitude quake hit Sumatra early today at 8:08 AM (local time)and the second 5.6-magnitude one hit the island state three hours later at 11:01 PM (local time). 

However, there was no tsunami threat or reports about casualties.
