Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, who arrived in New Delhi yesterday will be meeting PM Manmohan Singh any moment now, ahead of a press meet at 1 pm.

The two-day visit is politically significant as it's her first visit to the capital post poll victory.

Manish Tiwari, Congress spokesperson, played down the visit saying she was a newly elected chief minister and it was part of procedure to meet the PM. Tiwari also reiterated his stand that the Congress and the DMK remained partners.

Yesterday, BJP's Ravi Shankar Prasad and CPI leader D Raja made courtesy calls on her soon after she arrived in the Capital.
