The Federation of Indian Associations of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut celebrated the Independence Day by organising an India Day Parade on Sunday. Bollywood actor Preity Zinta was the grand marshall of the event. Lakhs of Indian Americans came to watch the parade at Madison Avenue in New York.
