Pakistan has once again urged India to share evidence regarding its claims that certain Pakistani terror groups are planning to carry out attacks across India once again.

'We have repeatedly requested the Indian government to share with us whatever information it has in this regard,' The Daily Times quoted a Foreign Office spokesman, as saying.

Referring to the meeting between Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Yousuf Raza Gilani on the sidelines of the NAM summit at Sharm-el-Sheikh, the spokesman said both prime ministers had then agreed that it was essential to share the credible information on any future terrorist threat.

It may be recalled that Union Home Minister P Chidambaram had recently said that threats from Pakistan-based terror outfits has not diminished.

Addressing the inaugural session of a two-day conference on internal security threats on Monday, Chidambaram said: "Cross border terrorism is a matter of deep concern. Terrorist groups, including the Laskar-e-Tayiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad persist in their endeavour to launch terror attacks. They continue to innovate new ways and means of deniability."

He reiterated India's 'zero tolerance' stance on terrorism.

"Let me state our position clearly. On terrorism, our stance is zero tolerance. We shall raise our level of preparedness to fight any terror threat attack and, in the case of threat or attack, our response will be swift and decisive," he said.
