Kerala records 28 new COVID cases; total at 468

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has announced that the state of Kerala has recorded 28 more cases of coronvirus, taking the state numbers up to 91. 

With these new cases, the number of COVID-19 cases in India rises to 433 and the active cases stand at 402. 

Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan has announced a complete lockdown till March 31 in the state. Kerala CM said that the government will ensure availability of necessary supplies and medicines. During the lockdown, state boarders will be sealed, public transport will not be available and, private vehicles will be allowed.
