In Himachal, it's a freezing winter

Himachal Pradesh: During the past 24 hours, Keylong in Lahaul-Spiti recorded the lowest minimum temperature of -12.0 degree Celsius, Kalpa in Kinnaur recorded -8.6 degree Celsius, Manali recorded - 3.6 degree Celsius and Shimla recorded minimum temperature of -0.7 degree Celsius. The weather would mostly remain dry in Himachal Pradesh on Monday, the Meteorological Department said. However, there might be snowfall and rain at isolated places of the state on January 8-9 due to western disturbances, Met Centre, Shimla Director Manmohan Singh said.
