'Ghoul' actress makes an appeal for Kerala's flood-hit weavers

'Actress Ratnabali Bhattacharjee, who plays Major Das in the Netflix horror series Ghoul, has come out in support of the handloom weavers of Chendamangalam, Kerala, whose livelihood has been totally destroyed by the recent floods.

In an Instagram post, the actress says the only way to help the weavers is by buying their stock, worth almost Rs 40 lakh.

Everyone in a group, like an office, can contribute to buy one sari/mundu, the post says, which could all add up to a big relief.
