A day after his friendly pitch, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has again said that  people in Pakistan want peace with India.

"The mindset of people here has changed," the Pak PM said.

On solution to the Kashmir issue, Khan said nothing is impossible.

"Let us talk. I am ready for talks on any issue. There can't be a military solution for Kashmir," said Khan.

On India's concern that Pakistan hasn't been able to rein in the non-state actors, Khan said, "It is not in our interest to allow use of Pakistan's territory for terror outside."

"There are UN sanctions against Hafiz Saeed. There is already a clampdown on the JuD chief," he said.

Khan said gesture for peace can't be one-sided.

"We are willing to wait for (general) elections to get over in India for a gesture from New Delhi," he said.

"I will be happy to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and talk to him," Khan said.    -- PTI
