Govt should bring a law if Ram Temple not a priority for SC: Bhagwat

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat addressed Hunkar Sabha of Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Nagpur on Sunday.

He once again asked to government to bring a law to facilitate construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

"The matter is in court, the decision should be given early. It has also been proved that the temple was there.

"The Supreme Court is not giving priority to the case. Justice delayed is justice denied," Bhagwat said.

"If for some reason the court thinks that the issue is not a priority for them, then the government should think about how to bring a law to facilitate the construction of the temple.

"It would be appropriate of such a law is brought soon," Bhagwat said. -- with ANI inputs
