What Kejriwal told a DU student wishing him on Valentine's Day

A Valentine's Day wish from a Delhi University student left Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal blushing and extracted a response which addressed his rivals and youths alike: hatred can only be countered through love.
Kejriwal was taking questions from public through phone and social media to mark the third anniversary of his government assuming office in the city when the student called him and wished him on the Valentine's Day.
This left the 49-year-old chief minister visibly blushing.
When she asked the chief minister as to what was his message to the youths on this day, Kejriwal said an attempt was being made to divide the country in the name of caste and religion.
"Nafrat ka jawab nafrat nahi, nafrat ko pyar aur mohabbat se counter kiya ja sakta hai (Hatred for hatred is not the answer, hatred can only be countered through love)," he said.
"Divisive politics is being resorted to," he said, "which is a matter of concern for the country."
People will have to collectively stand against divisive politics and nobody should be a mute spectator, he said.
At the event, Kejriwal highlighted the works of his government done in the last three years.
"We all will have to work for the development of the country," he said. -- PTI
