IN Rajasthan, the Congress is likely to form government. The easiest way to see where the results are going is to park yourself outside the party office in the state. If the Congress does win Rajasthan, as the exit polls predict and the leads suggest, the two CM contenders are Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot.
