Congress president Rahul Gandhi has once again attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the Refale deal.

In a fresh tweet, Gandhi called Rafale deal a globalised corruption.

"Globalised corruption. This Rafale aircraft really does fly far and fast! It's also going to drop some big bunker buster bombs in the next couple of weeks. Modi Ji please tell Anil, there is a big problem in France," Rahul said.

The Congress has repeatedly alleged a "scam" in the purchase of Rafale fighter jets claiming the cost per aircraft in 2012 was agreed at Rs 526.10 crore while the one signed by the Modi government costs 7.5 billion (Rs 1,670.70 crore per aircraft).

The Congress had also claimed that Modi allegedly awarded a contract to Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence even though it lacks experience in defence manufacturing.

However, Ambani had refuted all the allegations leveled by the Congress.
