Kathua case in SC

Just in: The Jammu High Court Bar Association tells the Supreme Court that it did not support the lawyers' protest in connection with the Kathua gangrape-murder case.

The Bar Council of India tells the SC that it has set up a team, headed by a former HC judge to examine the matter. J-K opposes in SC the tagging of plea by victim's father with that of the matter related to lawyers' protest in Kathua. Kathua District Bar Association informs SC that it has already withdrawn the strike on April 12.
