HC upholds life imprisonment for 5 in Danish woman's gangrape case

The Delhi high court has upheld the life imprisonment of five persons in the 2014 Danish woman gangrape case. Dismissing the appeal filed by the five convicts, the court said the victim's testimony was corroborated by DNA report in nailing their guilt.

The high court also pulled up the investigating officer in the case for not conducting a proper investigation.
