Pradhyumn murder: Ryan school trustees get bail

Anticipatory bail granted by Punjab and Haryana High Court to Pinto family in the Pradhyumn Thakur murder case. The Pintos are the owners of the Ryan International chain of schools. Seven-year-old Pradhyumn Thakur was found murdered in the washroom of Ryan International's Bhondsi branch on September 8.

The lawyer representing Pradyuman's family said they will file an appeal after receiving a copy of the court's order and assessing it.

The CBI, which is probing the case, had opposed the bail plea of the three trustees of the school and demanded that their custody should be granted to the investigating agency.
