Exactly the opposite of 'too little, too late'; the Indian Army's response with surgical strikes on the terrorist bases across the Line of Control should be classified as 'just sufficient and right on time'.

Yet, a credibility gap is now taking shape regarding the actual conduct of these multiple operations and the level of damage inflicted.
