Fresh ceasefire violation by Pakistan; shelling along LoC continues

Pakistan forces violated ceasefire on Tuesday morning in the Kalsian village of Naushera sector in Jammu and Kashmir.

This is sixth such incidence of violation since India carried out surgical strikes along the LoC on September 28 and destroyed six to eight terrorist launch pads which were operation in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

Earlier on Monday, Pakistan forces had resorted to mortal shelling at Shahpur in Poonch district.

As per initial reports, the Indian forces have retaliated to the firing.
