Prasar Bharati CEO resigns

Jawahar Sirkar, CEO of Prasarbharti, has resigned from his position three months ahead of his demission from office. Explaining his reasons in a two-page letter to Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu, Sirkar wrote that he wants to be relieved soon after the Durga puja celebrations as he wants to attend to his ailing son.
