Rahul Gandhi speaks on his 'detention' by Delhi police:
"We are asked to remain in the car by the police. They are not telling where are they going to take us now?"
"Have been inside car for the past half an hour, not letting us out; not even taking us to police station; was told we were removed because of Section 144."
"It's almost half-an-hour and we are still here in the car. The way the (ex-serviceman's) family was treated and dragged, the government should apologise for it," says Rahul.
