Uttarakhand: Rebel Congress MLAs move SC against HC order upholding disqualification

The nine rebel Congress MLAs, whose disqualification from the Uttarakhand assembly was upheld by the high court, have approached the Supreme Court for an urgent hearing against the verdict.

The Uttarakhand HC dismissed their plea, challenging their disqualification on Monday.

The Supreme Court likely to hear their plea at 2 pm.
