Water train politics apart, PM Modi And Akhilesh Yadav discuss drought today

After three days of water train politics between the Centre and Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav come face to face today to discuss water scarcity.

Modi wrote to chief ministers of three drought-hit states - Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka - and has invited them for separate meetings today to discuss the situation. Yadav arrived at the PMO this morning to discuss the situation.
