Russia won't attend nuclear summit hosted by Obama

Russia will boycott the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington DC, to be being hosted by United States President Barack Obama on March 31 and April 1.

Issues pertaining to North Korea nuclear threat and preventing terrorist group Islamic State from acquiring nuclear weapons will be the main points of discussion during the Nuclear Summit.
